There will be no 9am Mass on Friday 24th January 2025 and the church buiding will remain closed for the day due to a red weather alert. The normal schedule should recommense on Saturday 25th January with Mass at 10am. Please also note that the Parish Office will remain closed on Friday 24th January 2025. All parishioners are asked to remin vigilant and safe during the pending storm.

Prayer for Calming of Storms

Heavenly Father, You who command the winds and waves, we ask You to calm the storms that threaten our safety. Whether they manifest as tornadoes, hurricanes, or violent thunderstorms, let Your peace override the chaos. Instil calm in our spirits and stillness in the atmosphere.

Protect all those in the path of these storms, from families in their homes to travellers on the road. Strengthen our community’s preparedness and response efforts, and let no life be lost to the fury of nature. May we always find our refuge in You, trusting that You are with us in the storm and beyond. Amen.
